Pinipisakan Falls is located in the town of San Jorge, Province of Samar, Philippines. The Sulpan Cave, a few meters behind it, offers a variety of thrilling experiences. 

Due to its isolated locations and accessibility issues, this attraction does not receive many visits from tourists or even residents. Sulpan Cave and Pinipisakan Falls is untouched destinations.

Pinipisakan Falls is 4 layered waterfalls and known to be the most beautiful waterfalls in the Philippines.  The two tiers of the waterfall cascade like a white curtain into a basin of clear blue water. Pinipisakan is hardly visited by the locals due to its distance and perilous passage route. But because of its majestic beauty, it is wort to visit.

Sulpan Cave has 5 km length underground cave chambers with giants stalactites & stalagmites. It is one of the remote caves in the Philippines. Sulpan Cave is thought by the locals to be a haunt for malevolent spirits. Because of this, people in the area are terrified of caverns like this.

GETTING TO CATBALOGAN, SAMAR

Fly directly to Tacloban from Manila, Cebu, or Davao. Take a taxi or tricycle to 
the bus station when you get to Tacloban. 

Ride a bus bound to Calbayog from Catbalogan bus terminal. Tell the conductor- driver that your drop off point is San Jorge, Samar. Before going to the falls, you need to get a permit in San Jorge Municipal Office and get prior coordination with local guides for security reasons.

After that, charter a habal-habal to take you up to Barangay Blanca Aurora. Then, ride a canoe or boat and experience upstream canoeing until you reach the drop off area. Then you have to hike for almost an hour to reach Pinipisakan Falls

Due to their remote location in Samar, Pinipisakan Falls and Sulpan Cave are only accessible with a trained guide. Joni Bonifacio of Trexplore the Adventures are the most recommended professional tour guide, as he is highly skilled and experience cave master.
